I write this review after visiting the Austin Laser Dentistry today for my regular cleaning and check-up.
Dr. Ragsdale and her team are simply the best. I am a reluctant dental patient and have been for many years. I think some no anesthesia dental work as a kid scarred me. They have been very, very accommodating to my needs for many years. The entire staff ensures that each and every contact with their office is professional. Dr. Ragsdale has clearly gathered the best of the best dental hygienists and staff members for her practice.
Dr. Ragsdale's experience & knowledge is outstanding. She knows the questions you are going to ask before you ask and takes the time to make sure your experience is perfect.
Today I visited Sheri (my favorite dental hygienist in the world) and had the usual outstanding experience. When I arrived, I was greeted by the front desk staff and the awesome office manager, Stacey. Stacey is always very friendly and especially helpful when explaining procedures and costs. It's clear that Dr. Ragsdale is taking the necessary precautions with C-19.
I felt very comfortable from the moment I entered the office. If you are looking for a new dentist or a change from your current provider, give them a call, you will be glad you did.

Dr. Helen Ragsdale does not give incentives for patients who provide reviews. These are simply patients who were so compelled by their experience, they felt it necessary to take time out of their day to write a dental review for others to see and benefit from. Dr. Helen Ragsdale and her staff uses these reviews to improve and serve you better.
A third party provider, Demandforce, certifies and validates all the reviews. The Demandforce system sends email requests to patients that completed treament. The Demandforce system accquires, stores, and presents the reviews according to the Google certified customer review standards.
