The basic membership plan has a one-time fee of $9.99 per patient and a yearly charge of $349.99 for the first patient and $89.99 for additional members. This is a good plan for parents with young children, as it covers all the bases.
This plan includes a wide range of services including:
- Two routine exams and one emergency exam
- Two cleanings and two fluoride treatments
- Two oral cancer screenings
- Two periodontal screenings and all x-rays
- 30% off basic services including fillings and extractions
- 20% off complex services like crowns and bridges
- 10% off cosmetic procedures like veneers, implants, and whitening
The average cost of a routine exam is $150, so this plan offers the equivalent of at least $1,500 worth of dental care. Before you commit to a plan, talk to your dentist about the work you may need to have done in the next year.
Premium Membership Plan
The premium membership plan has a one-time fee of $29.99 and an annual charge of $1,449.00 per person. This is a good choice for people who expect to have extensive dental work performed in the coming year, parents with kids who need braces, and older adults.
Our premium membership plan includes:
- Two routine exams and one emergency exam
- Two cleanings and two fluoride treatments
- Two oral cancer screenings
- Two periodontal screenings
- All x-rays
- 40% off basic services including fillings and extractions
- 30% off major services like crowns and bridges
- 20% off cosmetic procedures like veneers, implants, and whitening
- $1,200 orthodontic allowance
